WHY MEDITATE
We do not Meditate to become a different person, a new person, or even a better person. We meditate to train in awareness and getting a healthy sense of perspective. We do not try to turn off our thoughts or feelings. We learn to observe them without analysing or judging them. It takes consistent practice to get comfortable. And it’s usually easier to have a teacher.




RISING ENERGY MEDITATION
Rising Energy Practice serves to dissolve blocks, tensions and attachments into energy flow and pure awareness. In the process the energy rises in the spine through the energy centers (Chakras) and the psychic system is purified. By practising regularly, physical, mental and emotional suffering can be dissolved and we will be able to remeber who we really are.



OPEN EYES
In Open Eyes Meditation we sit in silence with open eyes directed to the teacher.
Through this contact we are invited to work through our natural resistance and can experience deep transformation. Tension and blocks that stand in the way of the transformation process tend to be revealed and intensified by the eye contact. We stay centered in the heart and the whole energy system within, while not being lost in thoughts and distractions. In Open Eyes Meditation, the teacher is deeply immersed in her/his core being. Centered in awareness of energy flow, pure consciousness and compassion, the teacher transmits a transformative energy vibration. This form of Meditation can ignite a flame in us and support the unfolding of an inner liberation process. It can set a process in motion that makes it possible to live a life from unconditional love in our heart
